Developed recruiting pipelines and partnerships with HBCUs, METCO, Inc. and the multi-cultural and LGBTQ+ community organizations to ensure a strong and diverse candidacy pool.
Secured scholarships that included free services for hundreds of children from marginalized communities.
Led trainings and partnered with trainers to help educate teams about Bias and Unconscious Bias, Micro-aggressions, white privilege and Anti-Sexual Harassment.
Business Creation & Development
As the Founder Executive Director and VP of HR and Business Development, I led my team from conceptualized ideas to New England's fastest growing, largest and most award winning after-school program and summer camp. From marketing, customer service, sales, policies creation, processing payroll and everything in between, I created, fine-tuned and perfected our craft!
I recruited, on-boarded, and trained over 300 seasonal staff. I developed a J1-Visa program, negotiated college housing, meals and transportation. Hired executives to frontline workers in CPG and in record time (26 hires in 45 days).
