Once on-board, I roll up my sleeves and get right to work. Scheduling one-on-one interviews is Step 1. We have to get to know each other, our stories, what motivates us, our ambitions and goals. Step 2 consists of Executive meetings to discuss what was learned about individual and team goals. We then develop a plan to attain full-alignment.
